Les Jardins de La Carambole is a relic left to Vietnam by the French colonial era. It is a French restaurant built in a small French-style villa building. Here you can eat very authentic French food, and of course you can also eat some Vietnamese dishes. The dining environment here is quite good and there is a great atmosphere. It is said that the main thing you pay for Western food is the atmosphere, so if you want to have a French set meal in a romantic atmosphere, the price certainly can't be cheap.

The restaurant is beautifully landscaped and surrounded by greenery, giving it the feel of a royal summer resort. For appetizers we had spring rolls decorated in the shape of a peacock, vegetable soup, Hue-style pancakes, banana flower salad, grilled chicken, turtle-shaped fried rice, and for dessert we had fruit and green bean cakes, all very delicious.
